If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve it promptly.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2–4 business days via DHL
  • Europe (EU & Switzerland/Austria): 2–8 business days via DHL
  • United States (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International (Worldwide): 7–20 business days via DHL

How much does shipping cost?

  • Germany via DHL: €3.95 flat rate — free on orders over €50
  • Europe (EU & Switzerland/Austria) via DHL: €6.95 flat rate — free on orders over €50
  • United States (USA): $7.99 flat rate — free on orders over $50
  • International (Worldwide) via DHL: €12.95 flat rate — free on orders over €50

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

How do I complete checkout?
Add items to your cart → Click checkout → Enter your details → Select payment → Confirm your order.
Simple and intentional.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you need changes.

Why isn't my tracking updating?
Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to reflect movement. Delays in visibility are normal during transit.

Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we offer standard shipping designed for reliability and consistency.

What is your return policy?

🇪🇺 Germany / Austria / Switzerland / EU:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Shipping is handled via DHL.

🇺🇸 United States (USA):
Please note that unlike the EU, there is no statutory right of withdrawal in the United States.
Therefore, we currently do not offer returns for orders shipped to the USA.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at: contact@emericdorion.com
We will find a solution for you personally.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us. We will investigate and assist you.

Can I change my items after placing an order?
