RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using your original payment method.

EXCEPTION — UNITED STATES (USA)

Please note that unlike the EU, there is no statutory right of withdrawal in the United States. Therefore, we currently do not offer returns for orders shipped to the USA. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@emericdorion.com — we will find a solution for you personally.
